Seal-Lok O-Ring Face Seal offers a leak-free seal fitting design and a rugged construction to make it optimal for use in situations with high-pressure, vibration and impulse environments.
This connection is designed for leak-free use to 6000 PSI. The o-ring in the face of the straight thread male end seals against the flat face female seat and is mechanically held in place by a swivel nut. These fittings are intended for general application and hydraulic systems on industrial equipment and commercial products, where elastomeric seals are acceptable to overcome leakage and variations in assembly procedures. These fittings are capable of providing leak-proof full flow connections in hydraulic systems.
ORFS fitting connect to a wide range of thread types, such as BSPT, Metric ISO-6149, JIC 37 degree cone, NPT, SAE ORB, butt-weld tube.
