Connection requirements for hydraulic accessory fittings

A hydraulic system is a kind of hydraulic equipment that depends on hydraulic pressure to change the pressure to exert force. A complete hydraulic system consists of five parts, namely power components, actuators, control components, auxiliary components and working medium. The auxiliary components are the fuel tank, filter Oil device, oil pipe and pipe joint, sealing ring, quick-change joint, high pressure ball valve, rubber hose assembly, pressure measuring joint, pressure gauge and oil level oil temperature gauge, etc. These auxiliary components can also be called hydraulic accessories, and their optional models and connection methods are important factors in determining the hydraulic system.

For the connection of pipe fittings, pay attention to the following requirements:

1. Two-line main pipe and branch pipe: From the lubrication pump to the oil inlet of all distributors, the pressure is relatively high. Cold-drawn seamless steel pipes are usually used, and the material is 10 or 15-gauge steel. Severely corroded pipes cannot be used;

2. Oil supply pipe: From the distributor to the oil inlets of all lubrication points (the oil holes of the bearing seat), the pressure is relatively low. Usually drawn copper pipe is used, which is convenient for piping when it is bent. There are also cold-drawn seamless steel pipes or stainless steel pipes;

3. Use hose joints when connecting to active parts.

4. The pipeline should try to avoid high temperature radiation and cooling water spray and other places where the temperature is too high or too low, especially the hose joints.

5. It is also necessary to select matching valve components for the connection of pipe fittings. The specifications of valve components are mainly selected according to the large pressure and large flow of oil flowing through the valve. When choosing the relief valve, it should be selected according to the large flow of the hydraulic pump; when choosing the throttle valve and the speed regulating valve, the small and stable flow should be considered to meet the requirements of the machine's low-speed performance. Generally, the rated flow of the control valve should be larger than the actual flow through the system pipeline.
